We seek to transform community lending into a redemptive tool, to Lift up--and to learn from--our neighbors. Our mission emerged from a simple question in the remnants of the George Floyd tragedy: "what would it look like to tangibly love our neighbor?". To invest in Human Flourishing. We use redemptive lending as a reason to gain PROXIMITY and authentic relationship with sisters and brothers in different contexts.

While flourishing is far more that an "economic" construct, economics matter. Consider that a 7% return on home or business ownership over 50 years represents a 30x return on investment. We are compelled by the potential to IGNITE the power of GENERATIONAL wealth for families marginalized by traditional financial systems and the ravages of payday lending. We create long-term, holistic ecosystems of care around clients, providing equity incentives, network access, coaching, friendship and encouragement. Our mission is simple... To Invest in Human Flourishing, igniting the generational potential of asset-ownership for neighbors in local disinvested communities.
Through mission innovation, each dollar donated recycles long-term, creating a 10x generational IMPACT. Our clients are at the center of our mission, "paying it forward" with each monthly payment, and for the benefit of another neighbor. Our initial focus community is the remarkable city of North Chicago, Illinois.
